Hi, welcome to my blog!

My name is Emma Collett and I qualified as an NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapist back in 2003.

I run my own therapy business which provides beauty and holistic therapies to Hemel, Watford and surrounding areas. When I'm not with my clients I'm mum and wife in a very noisy house, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

This year I became an independent Consultant for Neal's Yard Remedies. I have developed a real passion for these beautiful products. Not only do they smell and feel incredible but they are also organic, ethical and constantly looking at ways to look after the earth. 

This Autumn I'm heading back to college to study Reflexology. This is something I am super excited about as I have wanted to learn this amazing therapy for such a long time!

I have been having Emma as my beautician for over 7 years now and have made her promise me that as I get older (should anything ever happen to me) she must keep those important things going!!  

She is fantastic at all her treatments, taking time and being very precise at what she does.  She is great fun and at each experience we laugh - a lot! However she also has a very caring and emphatic side, which allows her clients the opportunity to share anything that may be difficult or potentially embarrassing without feeling uncomfortable.  

Today Emma has been with us most of the day pampering my aunt for her 80^th birthday, as well as doing my ‘bits & pieces’.  My Aunt was so pleased with her treatments and really loved her shiny new nails! A new discovery to her – and a new regular client for Emma!!  

I would class Emma as my friend these days over just being my beautician!!  Emma has now become a firm favourite amongst my family and I wish her lots more success with Treats.
